If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return item(s) within 14 days from the date of your order’s delivery. Final Sale items may not be returned. 

 

SHIPPING

Free ground shipping is offered for all online orders $250 or more. Complimentary shipping does not apply to international orders. Catherine Gee offers UPS Economy (free), UPS Ground shipping, UPS 2-Day and UPS Next Day Air. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process.  

 

RETURNS

Simply contact info@catherinegee.com within 14 days of your delivery date for a return label. 

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached. Clothing must have no visible signs of wear or damage. 

Catherine Gee will accept returns for items purchased on catherinegee.com within 14 days of delivery date for a refund minus a $10 return shipping fee. Once a return arrives to our headquarters, please allow 2 - 5 business days for the refund to be processed. 

Online orders cannot be returned to Catherine Gee flagship store location. 

Sale merchandise marked as final sale is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
