What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and issue your refund (minus a shipping fee of $5) once we receive your return. Items marked final sale are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

What shipping options do you offer?

STANDARD - Typically, we ship orders via UPS Ground. Your order will arrive in approximately 4 to 5 business days after it is shipped.

EXPRESS - Need your order sooner? Select UPS 2-Day for $25. Your order will arrive 2 business days after it is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL - We ship internationally via DHL. Please note, Catherine Gee (CG Design LLC) is not responsible for any incurred customs fees. All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay. We also accept cash in our Santa Barbara boutique. 

Do you offer curbside pick-up?

We do! Simply select Curbside Pick-Up during checkout. We'll reach out to you to coordinate a time and your order will be ready when you arrive. Our boutique is located at 414 East Haley Street in Santa Barbara, CA. 

Is your silk washable?

We do not recommend washing our silk garments, dry cleaning is best. To extend the life of your items between cleanings steaming is also an excellent option.
